(Teleborsa) – Flutter Entertainment, colosso del gaming e delle scommesse sportive, ha comunicato che le sue azioni ordinarie quotate su Euronext Dublin hanno cessato le negoziazioni martedì 23 gennaio 2024 e saranno revocate lunedì 29 gennaio 2024, in quanto è andato a buon fine il piano per quotarsi sul New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Le azioni restano negoziate sul Main Market del London Stock Exchange e, a partire da lunedì 29 gennaio 2024, saranno quotate anche al NYSE, in dollari USA.
